CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

Please note that our cancellation policy is very important to the well-being of our studio. If you do not show up to your appointment a 100% charge will be automatically incurred.

If you contact us within 48 hours, we will be happy to adjust your appointment.  If you contact us after the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your appointment unless there is an emergency.

Note: If you would like nail art design as well as a removal please select ADD-ON NAIL ART and ADD-ON REMOVAL and include nail art AND removal service in your booking. We won’t able to accommodate nail art if it’s NOT booked prior. If you not sure what to choose or need a quote for custom, please message us on Instagram or Facebook.
